At Groves Propane, we offer two seasonal payment programs designed to give our customers peace of mind, price protection, and predictable propane costs. Both programs run May through April each year and lock you into a set propane rate for the entire season.
We send information to every customer when enrollment opens. Sign up is once per year and must be completed during the designated enrollment period.
Secure Comfort Plan
Predictable monthly payments all season long
Our Secure Comfort Plan spreads your propane costs into equal monthly payments based on your past usage. This helps you avoid large winter bills and keeps your budget steady year-round.
Features:
- Set monthly payment based on your historical propane usage
- Locked-in propane rate for entire May-April season
- Payments can be made by check, cash, or card
- Automatic card run available- we can run your card but preferred method of payment is EFT bank account. Card can be ran on on the 5th, 15th, or 25th of each month
Secure Comfort sign up must be set BEFORE May 15th.
Prebuy Plan
Pay upfront and lock in your price
The Prebuy Plan allows you to pay for your entire propane supply upfront at a locked-in rate for the season. Many customers choose this option to secure a guaranteed price and avoid market fluctuations.
Features:
- One full payment made at the beginning of the season
- Locked-in propane price from May through April
- Eliminates monthly billing during the season
Prebuy plan can be set up through the end of June.
Enrollment Information
- Enrollment for both programs happens once a year
- Runs seasonally from May through April
- We send plan details and sign-up information to all customers when the enrollment window opens (First of April to first of May)
- Customers must enroll during that period to participate for the current season
